My Energy Weapons character got the Compliance Regulator in Honest Hearts and I must say, I love it! I just killed two dozen Cazadores using only the Compliance Regulator ( and several hundred Energy Cells ) in the Bitter Springs area and South of Jacobstown.

The only bad part about it is I keep getting too close to my targets, and then in the Meltdown explosion will paralyze myself.

You're supposed to knock them out with it then shoot 'em good in the head when they're just lying there. It's not supposed to be a lethal gun, but hell, if gets the job done more power to you.

I'm not sure there there are 24 cazadores in the Bitter Springs area. Exaggeration, I know.

There definitely are, counting all of the ones on the road north of Goodsprings and the little canyon between Spring Mt. Ranch State Park and Red Rock Canyon
