Can fallout 3 really not work with an Intel hd card?

I had a junk $300 Emachine that I got form Walmart 2 years ago and it had a Nvidia Geforce 6150SE integrated chip and it could run fallout 3 on low settings but on an Intel HD graphics card it dose not work when I start a new game. what is the problem with the Intel card?

Just Intel's animosity toward gaming, that's all.

The Intel is actually being smart (self preserving)

It senses it would overheat if it were to process the graphics programing of fallout 3.

Bethesda changed something for Fallout NewVegas (im guessing its less clunky programming) That the intel chip will process.

Dont hate them for not seeing this far ahead. Its only an issue because its such an awesome game
