WryeFlashFNVEdit Frustration

Post » Sat Jun 23, 2012 4:35 am

I created a small esp to alter some of the DT values of powered armor to make PPA more compliant with Arwen.

I have my esp loading last in my load order.

What is odd is that when I created a Bashed Patch with Wrye, it seems to be ignoring my override, but when I create a merged patch with FNVEdit it works.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to look into this?

Tnx!

You may need to add a bashtag to your new esp, otherwise the bash patch will ignore it. I think its invent.

Its been awhile since I used a bashed patch (Oblivion), but when making one, you have to check off what things (in the menu that pops up) to add to your patch.

Load your patch after Bashed Patch, 0.esp. As long as it is the last ESP in your load order, all changes in that ESP will have priority on anything underneath it (including Bashed Patch, 0.esp)

Yeah, that is what I am doing... but it would be nice to understand why Wrye isn't pulling in the override.
