I've had this happen multiple times, always under the same circumstances.

When in combat with Ghost People in Dead Money, if I throw a knife spear at a target at the same time they throw at me, my game will crash. Doesn't seem to happen with any other weapon, or if we throw at different intervals.

Has anyone else experienced this particular issue?
