I found a chopped off finger in Gibsons shack near Gibson's scrap yard (it was behind the mattress), I have no clue what it is for but have been carrying it around with me for a long time. Can anyone tell me what the point of it is?

I think it has to do with that perk where you take the ear or the fingers of the enemies? I'm not sure tho :/

That is the only finger in the game and to get the dialogue you must go to Elder Mcnamara.
