I'm willing to buy a new Gaming Computer just for the simple fact that I watch loads of Fallout Modding videos and I want to start getting into the modding scene.

Here are the computer specs I am willing to buy:

2x3.0 GHz CPU
4GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD4550 512MB Graphics Card

My laptop runs the game (with or without a lot of mods) on medium settings with:

8GB RAM*
Intel HD graphics card
Intel core i5-2410M CPU, which runs at ~2.3 GHZ.

*You still have enough RAM since the base game only requires 2GB

I don't know much about the type of graphics card that you have, but it's probably better than an Intel HD chip.
