Legate Fasendil's Story

Post » Sat Jun 23, 2012 2:03 am

An Altmer wearing leather, Nordish armor is in Ebonheart, but the one I'm talking about is in...Molag Mar? I forget.

The Altmer in Molag Mar is a ranger or something like that. I only remembered him because his name is like the lake in Cyrodil.
UESP tells me that the only Barbarian-class Altmer in Morrowind is the fellow Kalamari mentioned.
Lots of warriors, though.

It was a canton like Vivec city out in the middle of Molag Amur/Pit of Ashy Hell.

Don't think I got around to visiting there. Just another thing I need to do once I pick up Morrowind again.

I had to go there to advance in Tribunal Temple and House Redoran. Its up there on my least favorite cities in Vvardenfell list.
The swamplands are more exciting than Molag Mar. Anything is more exciting than Molag Mar.

Dunno. If it weren't an Imperial Legion starting point, I'd say Gnisis is pretty dull, and pretty far out of the way of most quests that don't involve being a soldier in the army.

Baladas Demnevanni is in Gnisis. That alone makes it interesting.

All about the loot, eh?

At least the Cult has some nice artifacts. Going to need to make a character for both of those factions. This thread really makes me want to pick up Morrowind again, but I don't have the time! :sadvaultboy:

I do actually like the Tribunal, warts and all. The gear was just icing.
Pick up Morrowind again and play it for like 15 minutes at a time. You know you want to.

Gnisis is also very relaxing and has that guy who got his pants stolen.

I'm a Divines man myself.

The thing that turns me off from Morrowind is the fact that my PC can't handle it well. Magnus's little tear that we call a sun is a black hole, textures glitch out and move, things like that. Then again, I was also frighted by how large the world is. Far too much to do, even with multiple characters. That open sandbox, free to roam, so many options....

I guess you could say I felt trapped by that freedom.

That doesn't make sense though. :<

Yes it http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111161/ and a real world http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kidnapping_of_Jaycee_Lee_Dugard

Anyway, I know it's completely different but sometimes to much freedom can make it harder for people to appreciate the freedom they have. The same probably applies to games.

You are truly correct. Have far to much of something, it becomes less enjoyable, mundane.

I wouldnt mind experiencing how mundane money can become though.
Everyone send me some, and Ill keep a blog describing in detail how bored I get of a dollar.

The problem for me with Morrowind is been there, done that.
I have seen literally every inch of that place.
There has never been a game even half as good since, but I long for new experiences of that quality.
