ok so i was playing oblivion and i just got my acrobatics up to journyman so now i can roll from side to side and roll forward and do back flips whic is really fun. so i was thinking how com we can't do back flips in skyrim? i mean i know we have the roll thing for when your sneaking but you can only go forward roll. how com we can't roll from side to side and do back flips.

and on that note why the hell did they even take acrobatics out in the first place that was one of my favorite skills. cause one you got you acrobatics up high enough you could start jumping on to the roofs of houses. and before any one says oh that unrealistic thats whay they took it out well so is being able to slow down time when your using a bow an arrow. or being able to steal the closths and armor of of people with out them noticing.

they should have kept acrobatics and athletics and at least put them as one skill they also should have kept hand to hand even tho i never really used it as a skill. but still i'm pretty sure a lot of people hated it when they found out hand to hand was taken out as a skill.

actually i really don't see what that is unrealistic. have you seen some of the crazy stuff free runners can do? getting on top of a dinky little house would not be a problem. To me, at least, acrobatics means how well you can jump and move. As you do it more, you can jump and move around places better and better until you get to be like Etzio or w.e his name is from Assassin's Creed, they just can't show it in the animations because there are time and budget constraints. Anyway that's how i look at the acrobatics skill, don't know why it was scrapped from Skyrim.

well i was talking about the whole being able to jump like 10 - 15 feet in the air part of it every thing else tho i don't see why they took out.
