I believe a long time ago before this game was on steam the CS could be downloaded from the official site with the official plug-ins(le femme armor and such) but i cannot find it on the official site or on steams tool list, i do have the old CS disc from the games release but it has a crack near the center hole(the main reason i got it on steam) from excessive use over nearly ten years of tinkering. so is there a source i can get it from i would have to hate to resort to having to get it from questionable sources. thanks for any help given.

The Morrowind CS was never available for download. (just the Oblivion version was)
The official plug-ins can still be found on PES or the TES wiki.

yhea the plug-ins were the easy part as they are included in the GOTY(i think), it was the construction kit itself i was after but it is all sorted now

Does this actually work for you? The CS in that link is .0417, the original version. I thought that you needed .1820 (GOTY) version to work with mods made with expansion content.

No, they are not. They are only available through download.

I would recommend getting the fixed versions from PES. Since the original esps from Bethesda have a few bugs in them. (like Sirollus Saccus not selling armor correctly, Adamantium armor being mismatched, GMSTs, etc)
