Returning to Oblivion, need some help with mod choices

Ok, I used to have a huge list of mods, went to skyrim for a bit, now I'm coming back to Oblivion on the PC for juicy fun mod time. I know I'm going to finally try out OOO, MMM and OMOD, or do I just pick one or two of em?Anyway, mods I know for a fact I'll be using aside from those are Bananasplit's better cities, and unique landscapes.

Outside of those, I'm really looking for something to improve textures, that isn't too demanding, my comp's decent but it's a couple years old now. (Amd athlon X4, radeon hd 5850, 4gb of ram) And a few other things that I need help with. First, I love some of the updated skeleton's and improved characters. I really like (insert popular mod for attractive if not potentially cartoonish females) and (very similar male but for males) However I really don't like the whole universe of perfect people that creates. Is there a mod that lets me have multiple body types going? Preferably something that includes all sorts so some women are curvy/lean/fat/potentially in between and males as well? This goes for men as well.... Hopefully something that improves the faces of the general populace since I'm not a huge fan of the mister potato-fish head look many of them have going.

Any suggestions on good companion mods/house mods are welcome, maybe a good mod to improve atmosphere, I want to try all natural lighting but it always wigs out on me... And the very last thing I'd love but don't know if it exists, is a mod that makes it so you AREN'T the champion of cyrrodil, I'd love to be a separate person, possibly have someone else in the world who is the Champion of Cyrodil, let my new character's adventure be post-Oblivion crisis as well as including the Kvatch rebuilt mod..

Anyway, any other suggestions are welcome, I think I'm going to have to figure out wrye-bash this time... last time around I failed at it pretty hard.
