I think it might be the part of the highway that has a bunch of trucks and cars blocking the way in the north west part of the map.

The Big Empty's enterance/exit loction is a cloesd train turnnel(unmarked map) near Mojave Drive-In.

The clip has snippits from Old World Blues, judging from 021 and 024 on the slider, It looks like the Mojave Drive-in with the added Robotic projector.

Well with the tunnel in the north, I suspect that if the closed tunnel is the entrance to OWB, then we might have a section of the tunnel as a player home.
