Well basically, recently I have been playing Oblivion loads, and I am aware of the quests that were removed before release (Or just weren't finished) and It got me thinking, is there any unfinished quests for Fallout 3?

I know that generally the mod community end up remaking these quests (did for Oblivion) but I am really interested

There was one for the main quest where you had to get something from Rivet City to help power Liberty Prime called Infiltration. Another was a quest at the end of The Wasteland Survival Guide where you needed to print the guide at Hubris Comics.
