I'm not seeking for attention or anything here, but I want to ask about this guy.

I've played with him a few times, and there's somthing strange with him. It took me the whole scarab magazine just to kill him, and he survived 4 melees. And after a few matches, there's a guy in the server saying he(CIH) can't be kicked, so I tried to votekick him myself, and nothing happened. Also, in the kilklcam, it shows no-recoil. I know the killcam is very buggy, but I think this might mean something, too.

So I wonder if he's hacking or just lagging so hard? His ping was about 350-400. Or if anyone have played with him and experience something similar to me.

Yes, and I've noticed his playing time and his XP. When compared both together, Having 12 milloin XP by playing less than 100 hours is very impressive, if not hacking, which I doubt.

The main point is that he can't be kicked, by any means. It's probably some kind of anti-kick hack.
