Nah. You can only join the Brotherhood, but you can betray them at the end and carry out Eden's plan.

You can join the BoS by doing the Main Quest. But, you cannot join the Enclave [[Insert Sad Face Here]]

You join the brotherhood towards the end of the game, which I hate because its only for the end.

Yeah, I wish I could join the brotherhood way earlier in the game.

I wish I could have lead my vault into the protective arms of the Enclave, assaulted the Citadel with vertabirds at my back, Wagner on the radio and Lyons' kneeling on the ground in front of me as Colonel Augustus Autumn delivers the punishment for his treason. :cool:
