There is support for custom games, and I doubt there will be a freeroam mode...I assume you mean explore the maps at one's leisure, with all the areas unlocked? I don't think they'll have this, as numerous objectives involve blowing up this wall or that one, opening up more of the map for exploration.

I haven't heard anything official. I remember an interview that mentioned a map editor but that also wasn't official.

You always have the option of making a private game with one or more friends and just looking around, but I don't think there will be a set mode for it.

There been said to be options such as setting team limit to six players, turning iron sights on and off, friendly fire, so I just gathered from that information that a person can set up a custom game.

I think you're able to turn off AI, so there's no reason to have a separate game mode if you just want to look around with all of your friends.

u said friendly fire...if you have it on and u kill a teammate do u lose points or like what? cause i really dont want to be in a server full of douches that decide to kill EVERYONE

Since Splash is using experience points to encourage or discourage certain actions, I'd guess that it would take a few points off for killing a teammate, but not a per shot thing.

Hopefully Brink will have vote kick or host kick for reasons like this.

I think this should at least be included on console versions. Giving the console players some form of regulation over trouble makers.

I don't understand why consoles would need it more than PC, where hackers are more common. I think both should have it, trolls are everywhere.

the whole reson about having a different game mode is so that it is a private match witch means no one but ur friends can join, and if they only have 2 modes it will get rather boring espeuly if Aholes show up randomly in ur game and start wessing with everything.

This is a wonderful inclusion to any console shooter, it needs to be in all FPS in my opinion.

I don't understand. If you make it a private match random people can't join, so you wouldn't have a problem.

I got into an epic TK battle against some random in Resistance 2. We would ignore enemies to kill each other at one point. I left first, got bored.

It was fun, but I like the absence of friendly fire for this reason.

I expect to see a heck of a lot more operatives in rooms or servers where FF is on. Normally I would play with FF on and just kick people who cause problems, but if I end up getting back stabbed constantly, I'll probably stick to FF off.

I'm going to have friendly fire on, personally. I plan on playing with a group of friends, so I won't have to worry abouit griefers though.
