Lifespan of Human Mages

Post » Mon Jun 25, 2012 7:33 am

There has been a lot of topics on the lifespans of all of the races in the Elder Scrolls. We know that mages live longer with the help of magic on their side. Elf mages can live for hundreds if not thousands of years. Now I want to get to the point of this thread.

Since we know that mages live way longer with the help of magic and Elf mages can live for thousands of years: How long can a human mage live based on these key points?

I don't want to get all high school biology on this subject, but I would imagine a mage well versed in the machinations of Restoration could restore and regenerate all the cells in his body. It would take a ridiculous amount of magicka I'm sure.

But take this with a grain of salt because I have no idea how the elements of how the magick in the Elder Scrolls work. But that is my take on it, at least.

Its completely possible. It kinda reminds me of Tsunade from Naruto and her jutsu that revives her cells to keep herself young looking.
