It depends on your karma whether he talks to you or not. He will offer you a gun you can hide when you enter a casino

LOL well in Fallout 2 you could loot condems! And trust me, some of the jobs they offered you in New Reno, you better use them, too!

I was womdering if they even used condems in these games. They can cure crippled limbs, they can probly cure STD's.

LMAO... well, let me tell you. There was this one job my character did for a "film company" in New Reno (Fallout 2) and after she finished she was "poisoned" LOLOL you then had to use a poison antidote and all was good.

Oh my. I guess Med-X and Stimpacks don't cure all. lol
