This is a city run by money, tucked away from the troubles of the civil war as it conducts its own illegal activity without threat from either faction.
Legion Captain Xerca has decided otherwise however.
He has suddenly left active combat duty to crack down on the drug dealing, murdering and the extortion that goes on behind closed doors.
Legion Command has granted him access to a select number of raw recruits fresh out of training. Each recruit is accepted based on mental anolysis as well as previous life experience and talents.
This operation is conducted in complete secrecy, the legion members even being given a small house and undercover identities which they must each stick to.

Overview -
This rp takes place in Riften, you play an undercover agent fresh from legion bootcamp.
You are given standard issue equipment except for a closed helmet to protect your identity. As this is an undercover operation you are granted permission to bring belongings which suit your identity.
All characters are accepted, from the brawler to the healer.
There is a limited number of slots in the rp.
