Our money means nothing?

Like many of you, I have spent quite a bit of hard earned cash to purchase a game that I expected to play for a considerable amount of time. it seems the more time I sink, the less playable it becomes. Now I can't load my file without any sort of freezing. Is this just how its going to be? After spending full retail on a game that wasn't advertised as broken and buggy? That's borderline unethical. Has there been any official statements over this issue or any hopes of a fix? As it stand, this is enough to warrant me never spending a dollar on a Bethesda/Obsidian game again, and even go as far as deterring others from purchasing.

Now I know everything I stated has been said before, and complaining for complaings sake wont do a thing. So I propose many of you do as I did, send support@gamesas.com an email. Send your favorite gaming site an email. Look into filing a complaint with the BBB. Explore outlets to get a response or fix from Bethesda. As consumers, we are entitled to having our product work as advertised. I'm not asking for a brand new ending, I'm not asking for you to give me free DLC, I'm asking for my game to work, or at least to have an explanation for why it doesn't.

And to all those that fall back on this just being a PS3 issue with data management and the like, I'm certain Skyrim and all other gamebryo games suffer the same problem, and Skyrims was recently fixed. I'm sure theres workarounds and ways to re-purpose certain things to at the very least postpone this for enough time that the normal player wont encounter these issues. As it stands it seems inevitable.

We paid for this game. They didn't do us any favors releasing it. I wager most of us earn our money through labor, so I feel we deserve a functional product, or a damn good reason why it doesn't work.
