or do I meet with him in the other room and let him pull is pistol so I can shoot it out of his hand pick it up and then use his pwn pistol to kill him ?

(i think him giving me 500 caps was glitch cuz i said "its a deal" he gave me 250 but i talked to him before he left the room and selected the option again and got another 250 but i tried for a 3rd time and the option wasn't there any more)

as for shooting him with 60 speech its really easy to get my guns into the casino talking to swank but how do i get the quest to collect evidence all I have is his lighter and ive gone to the grave yard in good springs multiple times haven't picked up any cigeretts ... (I like to go through all the dialog :/)


can I still get benny's pistol if i let him escape and go to the legion's base ?
