They never elaborated enough on Horkers behavior, Horkers habitats, Horker locations/breeding grounds, and Horker anatomy. We do not know if Horkers came with the humans to Tamriel from Atmora, or if they are on the other continents. I think bethesda could fix this by making a DLC based around Horkers. Imagine what they could add, horker armor, horker followers, even horker spouses!
