I get a freeze everytime i get to black mountain when i start walking past the crater up the hill towards the satellite dishes, i just bought the game and got it buffed.

The problem isn't with the discs, it is with the software pressed onto the disc. And I froze at Black Mountain too and whenever I tried to load my last save (which was at Black Mountain) it gives me a disc unreadable. That was the final straw for me so I'm getting a refund tomorrow.
