We are watching you..............scum! The first time I heard this my first thought was, So much for hospitality, that just got thrown out the window.

The Ordinators are badasses, I remember attacking one on a rampage in Vivec at a low level and getting my ass whooped by an ebony mace and fireball spells.

All the Ordinators in morrowind are missing are the abilities to wave a club menacingly and stop&search random Khajiit wandering around....

My first character had high personality and I spent hundreds of hours in the game without ever hearing this line. People on this forum would make threads about how annoying it was to hear "We're watching you, scum" and I had no idea what they were talking about at all. Later, I made a second character with low Personality and boy, now I knew what they were talking about!

One of the things I like the most in Morrowind. Atmosphere 100 points, NPCs licking your boots and acting all friendly -100 points. Other games are moslty the other way around.
