There is the first one that adds a shop near Vos (Goth Shop 1)

The second one adds a shop in Vivec

Both of these have several addons (don't know, though, where those can be found ATM)

Do you mean the mod has become unable to be downloaded from PES? The file you seek is listed on there, so unless it won't dl, I don't see what the problem is as it does NOT appear to be removed. Westly has done you a favor by helping you locate it. Most will only tell you that the file is somewhere on the PES site, but he has made sure you have the right user. It is the most that anyone here is allowed to do for you, because they can not link to the mod itself.

If you truly want the mod, I suggest you actually make an effort to find the mod you seek from the info provided you. I can assure you that the mod can be found, and you have the info you need to go get it. In case you are still confused despite being told, there are two mods that are clothing stores made by Aliensolf. If you want the one with top hats, you need the second.

If the file is truly broken for some reason, then please let us know so that we can be well informed, but otherwise, good luck in your search.

Slof's Goth Shop II, available through Westly's link, contains top hats and classic gentleman's clothing, and is located in Vivec.

My mistake i didn't look at pictures to well for the shop. Sorry guys!
