So I was reading Michael Kirkbride's post about the most powerfull beings, so I want to ask who's the HoonDing and Leki, and when did Vivec kill Tiber Septim?

The HoonDing is the Yokudan god of Make-Way. Think of it as an unstoppable juggernaut. The manifestation of it can only occur when there is a Sword, Crown, and Infidels to perservere over. Cyrus was an avatar of the HoonDing.

Mostly right. It was debatable weather the last HoonDing was manifested in a Sword or a Crown, some say both, but his coming has nothing to do with them being together

OP: Leki was a Sword-Singer, the Ra'ga Jedi if you want a simple comparison who may or may not have sunk the Yokudan continent.

the Ra'ga have many God's. The HoonDing is the Ra'ga god of Makeway and perseverance over the infidels. See my other post on Leki.

Theres two Leki's, the goddess and the person. I assumed MK was talking about the person, as in the Memory Stone of Leki who cut down the entire Daggerfellian Army.

It's rarely safe to assume, and the Ra'ga throwing out the Dominion doesn't really seem like the work of the HoonDing, just Ra'ga stuborness.

There's two Hoondings too, if you want to get technical. Frandar Hunding was a man, a mortal Yokudan who helped lead his people to the new world only to die shortly after.
