Facebook Copyright Issues?

Hey, everyone! I'm new to the forums, but a long time fan of the Fallout franchise. I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but I created my account because I had found a picture that contained an image from Fallout 3 (url: facebook /BeTheChangeCircles). The image in question was posted on the fifth, and has a url in the bottom left corner redirecting viewers to "Rationalhub" and "facebook /rationalhub" (The image's original posting was July 2 on facebook /rationalhub). Now, I was wondering if this is in anyway breaking Fallout's copyright, as it is using an image from Fallout to advertise their web address and political messages. Could someone please respond to tell me if this is indeed going against copyright laws for future reference, as I think it is because, it is using the popularity of Fallout 3 to add to their group (Original picture's most liked comments are from people pointing out the image is from Fallout) and it technically is slandering the Fallout brand in a way (The political message is a pro-environmental one, good on it's own merits, in most cases, but is technically a viewpoint that is against an apocalyptic wasteland.). Also, there is the possibility that the owners of the page may post messages that may go against many people's ethics and/or views of life, and therefore associate Fallout with those views of the page owner, may they be good or bad.

That sounds like seditious talk, Citizen. I don't think you have the clearance for that information.

Is there any way to message a moderator or any of Bethesda's legal staff on this matter? As you said, I don't really have clearance for all this on the forums here, I can't even post the full url for the sites I mentioned.
