10 reasons why one should ever go back to playing Fallout 3 after playing New Vegas ?

Because New Vegas is too boss for GOTY; it needs game of the decade.

Because game reviewing sits don't look for things like writing, rpg elements, etc.

They review on a system that all games can be reviewed on so plot is about as in depth as they'll go for writing. Then they review on things like sound, graphics, and replayability. For those things they were mainly the same as Fallout 3 so no one was really impressed with Fallout New Vegas because they didn't care about the story.

That is why it didn't get a game of the year reward by anyone.

GOTY edition, or just the award? Because it did get a bundled package similar to the Elder Scrolls and FO3 GOTY editions, it was called the ultimate edition.

Its because people like IGN only care about games graphics This is why skyrim got over 200 awards.....makes me sick. but there lost. tho i do like skyrim it can never
replace fallout new vegas

Because many reviewers thought it was almost a copy paste fallout 3 in a different location,and they didn't care about the story so yeah.

It actually did get some GOTY awards, though I'm not sure how it works. I dunno WHO governs if something's -officially- GOTY. IGN I guess?

Each media outlet has its own GOTY, so nothing's really official. But I believe the VGA is the most 'respected' (eh... you know what I mean) and because their award ceremony is broadcasted, it gets the most coverage and is noticed more.
