Like the thread title says, why do they seem to hate lore?

They want Bethesda to undo what's been done ("Bring bak teh Dwemerrr!1!"), etc. It would be very sad if Bethesda actually listened to them.

Back when Morrowind was new there was a copious amount of "bring back the dwemer" threads too, so I guess Morrowind fans hate the lore too?

In any case, this is an overgeneralization to the extreme and is better left closed.

It's because what they see in Skyrim has nothing to do with The Elder Scrolls games. The others know enough about the lore to know that asking for the return of the Dwemer is... un-lore-friendly.
