» Sat Feb 13, 2010 8:59 pm Micah looked at the other raiders as they loaded their weapons. He saw one raider pointing a pistol at a woman's husband. Micah saw her break down and beg, sobbing for mercy. Micah knew thats just what Raiders waited for: The satisfaction of a victim begging. Micah turned his head and a shot rang out. He heard the body hit the floor, and the woman scream and begin to sob. Micah knew all this stuff about raiders, because he was a raider. Micah glanced up at the raider, Jim, that had killed the man. Jim saw and came at Micah fast. Micah ignored Jim yelling things into his ear like, "What you gotta problem with what I did punk...?" Blah,Blah,Blah; Micah had heard it all before. Micah was sharping his combat knife as Jim withdrew a scoped 44. and aimed it at Micahs head. Micah just sighed and jammed the sharpened knife between Jims ribs, and into his heart. Jims eyes widened, Micah watched the life leave his eyes, and then he dropped to the floor, dead. Micah just reached down and picked up the magnum, and continued as if nothing had happened. Everyone did the same, the fact was, it was really common. Micah's head perked up when he heard people talking about a new mission. The job was to raid Tenpenny Tower, kill Tenpenny, and take over. Micah immeditatly signed up. It would be easy. A few hours later The raiders could see the tower, gutting out from the horoizon.
Meanwhile....
Gustavo looked at the locked door underneath the tower. The ferals were trying to bust the glass by hitting continuesly. He knew that the only way that the door would open it is if Mr. Tenpenny used his remote activator. But why would anyone be so stupid to? Gustavo shook his head and left the basemant.
The raiders placed explosiives over one side of the protective wall, as they got far enough away, they activated it. The wall fell apart easily. Micah had seen times where the explosives had done nothing and just alerted that they were there. The raiders ran in screaming and laughing crazily. They then proceed to kill all guards outside of the tower. Micah gave the others a nod and they burst through the doors.
Gustavo stood up and began to draw his gun when he saw the raiders, but he was quickly tackled by a raider who jumped over the front desk, and proceed to mutalate Gustavo with a ripper. Some asian man came out of a store and said with very gay sounding voice, "What on earth is going on, I was trying to take a nap. Micah tackled him and pulled a grenade out of his pocket. Micah then forced the mans mouth open and jammed the grenade in far enough that the man couldn't get it out. Micah then pulled the pin and backed off while the man struggled to remove it from his mouth. After about 4 seconds the mans head was gone, and most of his body. Micah jumped in the elevator wit a few other raiders and went up to kill tenpenny, leaving the others to cause more chaos downstairs.
Micah ignored the civilians and guards up here, and went straight to Tenpennys suite. Micah saw that the door to the balcony was slightly ajar. Micah burst through it while the others fought of the guards. Tenpenny was standing there with what looked to be a detanator in his hands. "I figured you would make it up here, the guards weren't very useful anyway." Micah smiled and said, "Can't you just jump off the balcony, and save me the trouble of having to push you?" Tenpenny laughed and said "In my hand I hold the switch to three things. The first thing this switch does is denates a bomb above the front door, covering it with rubble. The second, it turns off all electricity in the building. And the third, and probably the most deadly, is it openes the door beneath the tower and lets in hundreds of angry feral ghouls." Micah shook his head and said "Do you actually think I would believe you would destroy your own tower." Micah laughed then lunged for tenpenny. Tenpenny then pressed the button and shoved Micah back. Tenpenny then smiled and climbed over the railing and jumped. Micah looked down and saw Tenpennys body. Micah swore.
Meanwhile...
The lights all went out and there was an explosion at the front door. After that there was silence, everyone listened. The people on the first floor then let out yells of terror as the feral ghouls burst down a door and began to kill. The only sound heard upstairs was the screams of dying people. Micah knew there was only one thing to do. Anyone on the top floor was safe for now, but as much as he did not like it, to survive everyone had to team up. I could always kill them later... Micah thought he then rounded up everyone on the top floor and they began to plan their escape.
