What are all the hidden perks you dont get at level up .-. : Fallout: New Vegas

also during my last level up i did mass scroll through all perks that i wasn't able to get yet ...

what happened to Mysterious Stranger ? does this perk no longer exist or is it hidden and if its hidden how do you unlock it?

secondly what DLC gave the 3 perks for level 50 ?

I swear you never played Fallout 3, if you have to ask about "hidden" perks!!!! o.0 When you scroll through them, it lists the requirements you NEED in order to take those perks! Now, don't tell me you can't read either... I guess if that's the case, then I just wasted a post... *rolls eyes* Oh and yea, what Ratslayer said...

And Mysterious Stranger is part of the perk list...
