I'm trying to complete the quest "You'll Know It When It Happens" and I disarmed the bomb on the Vertibird, then I shot the sniper, then waited out Kimball's speech and then he just stands there.

He walks up to his Vertibird and just stares at it and he won't get on. I've tried both just letting the time run out and is speech finishing and reporting the assassination attempts and him being ushered out early be the rangers. Both ways he just stands there and refuses to leave. I've tried walking into him to push him off whatever he is stuck on but it won't work.

Is there a console command to force him to get on his darn vertibird?
