Greetings

Ok, so i got Caesar's Legion vilified and NCR mixed. Problem is i'm on the quest to go to 4 or 5 Ranger Camps around the map and all of the sudden the rangers started shooting at me, with no apparent reason. It's impossible to complete the quests without making them villains, thus making Hoover Dam inaccessible. Oh and i'm also Good Karma (Savior of the Wasteland)

My question is...shouldn't i be at least allowed to get close to talk to them? and...

if my NCR rep is mixed how the hell can i gain their trust, if i can't complete quests and they start shooting at me...at each of their locations?

Try going to some of their quest hubs and see if you can get their rep up. Otherwise, see if killing Legion soldiers helps.

killing legioneers doesn't help, as for the quest hubs...where can i find them? cuz they just shoot me if i take quests from them (any NCR).

Hm. Have you gone to the strip yet? If you go there, the NCR ambassador will ask you to meet with him, and he'll give you amnesty with the NCR.

Ok so here's how it happened. I went to the strip, talked to House, as soon as i walked out of Lucky 38, my companions were shooting at NCR soldiers, soon after all the robots (except Victor) start attacking also, resulting into mayhem, eventually i killed all robots and NCR personnel until i reached the ambassador of NCR, talked to him, he pardoned me, and as soon as i wanted to complete the mission with the ncr camps, (last one was Foxtrot) the NCR were shooting at me again, i even updated the game, so...wtf? I mean i expected bugs, but not like this.

Ok si after reading various topics i found out this.

Could this "issue" of mine be because my companion Boone is wearing some Caesar's Legion head armor? Still doesn't explain why when i entered the Strip all was good and as soon as i talked to House, NCR starts shooting, and Securitrons like wise! Nop still no explanation
