Is Dunkov cass's father?

one time when i was talking to cass, she said that her father was always really horny and that one day he went east for some reason, and this brings my mind to think that Dunkov is her father, anyone else think this too?

You saved yourself a lot of trouble and while Dukov is not Cass' father he probably has many other kids.

You obviously haven't played anything before Fallout 3 because Cass' father is a follower in Fallout 2.
