Ok so I love fallout. I bought NV in 2011 and it was a dodgy cd. I bought it again and never completed it. Ultimate edition comes out and I bought that too. Think that should prove That

Ok so I'm finally playing hardcoe, and I really like it. Planning battles ahead an not just rushing in, spamming stims and fully appreciating chems.
I want to fully experience the Mojave Desert. To do this I want to know what are your most crafted items?

I'm an older gamer so I get overwhelmed very easily, specially with this game as there is so much to do.
I want to be able to survive without merchants. Making my own weapons, my own ammo, my own supplies. Problem is I check campfires and reload benches and instantly think, WHOA! Don't get it.
I know you guys are experts and are thinking boy you are special. It's easy to you i know but I just struggle im sorry.

So I will tell you that I've finally learnt how to make weapon repair kits and am over the moon with that. Really helpful. I've been stockpiling food, misc objects and so on for these purposes.

So I'm asking, what is your most crafted item at ANY bench and HOW and WHAT you use so I can take notes and get the full fallout experience. My wife is watching me post this saying im a very sad person but she doesn't get fallout so to hell with her!! lol

Make sure you get your Survival/Energy weapons/Repair skills up and then just look at what is need to craft the item on the right window ans set out to find that/those item(s). Once you play the game long enough you'll eventually learn, off by heart, everything needed to craft things... if your a hardcoe survivalist.

Workbench = Weapon Repair Kits. Scrap Metal (2), Scrap Electronics, Duct Tape, Wonderglue, Wrench. My advice, take EVERY single piece of these you find. Wrenches and tape can be especially hard to come by.

Campfire= Antivenom. Radscorpion Poison Gland, Nighstalker Blood. This one you need to have Survival level 40 to do and getting Nightstalker Blood can be hazardous to your health.
Slasher- Psycho, Banana Yucca (2), Stimpack (2) Awesome stim that combined with Med-X gives you 50% DMG resistance. Add a Psycho and you give +50% DMG.
Stimpacks- Empty Syringe, Broc Flower, Xander Root. Xander Root is hard to find and one of the most plentiful places it grows, is one of the most dangerous places on the map.

These are what I make primarily. Other than that, you can make steaks out of the meat you find in the wastes and make leather belts out of hides.
