So im doing some mission for the van buren family that sell energy weapons, and they want me to get Kass which is at the Bar in the Mojave outpost. I've done every talking line i can with her, and she wont move.. If i ask if she will come with me to see him she says nope i need to wait for my papers to clear... lol i dont get it, ive cleared the road and done all the quests in that outpost..

no i didnt, they said they have nothing for me

I went back to the crimson caravan and talked to that old lady in the house, but she has no work for me... Im not sure what to do now, i ant finish these 2 quests because of this
