A mob of slaves, a path of corpses, and doom for the Mojave.

The majority of the Mojave is enslaved, [censored] and killed in the name of totalitarian slavery. So if you're into that sort of thing go for it.

Nothing that the NCR and House can't likewise provide without abridging basic human rights. The Legion would likely pursue the NCR and in time, would lanuch a full-scale invasion of the West. Caesar would fail to hold onto to his lands and would eventually die, leaving the Legion in darkness and condeming hundreds of thousands of people to a life of squalor and hopelessness.

Don't let Caesar's achievements east of the Colorado fool you into thinking he has anything to offer the Mojave. I respect the theory, but not the practical application.
