If I Started Morrowind?

If I started Morrowind would I really get to like it? I've played Oblivion and Skyrim, enjoyed them both.. More on the Oblivion side though.
So.. Would Morrowind be kinda a let-down like Skyrim?

Let's just say that I started playing Morrowind in 2003, and I still play it. Just played it for a couple hours yesterday, in fact.

EDIT: Also, the graphics and movement speed might be off-putting to someone who is used to Skyrim and Oblivion, but there are mods to fix that, if you need them.

If you think Skyrim is a let down(lol), don't bother with Morrowind. In terms of content/story, Morrowind is legendary. But the last two games, utterly kill it every other category.

That's my unbiased opinion.

This is the Morrowind forum... every one here is a big Morrowind fan and will recommend that you play the game.
The game is very different from OB & Skyrim. It is much harder and can be frustrating for new players.
Take a read through this to see the main gameplay differences: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Differences_Between_Morrowind,_Oblivion,_and_Skyrim
