bDisableAllGore=1 worked for fallout 3, but I can't seem to get this command working for this game.

Are you entering it in Fallout.ini or FalloutPrefs.ini?

New Vegas seems to only allow FalloutPrefs.ini to be edited; Fallout.ini is written over at the start of every game.

Of course... If the gore bothers you, why did you get the game in the first place? XD
