[REQ] The best Vampire Face Bug fix?

I tried the UOP one, but it doesn't seem to be working. My entire playthrough depends on this.

Are you using wrye bash? If yes, then, when you rebuild the bashed patch, there is a tweak you can enable which fixes the famous vampire face bug!

No, I'm not. Of the mods I have only UOP (and its addendums) and the double face fix.

The only method that has worked for me is using http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/15697

Note that if your savegame is already afflicted, you'll have to use Wrye Bash or similar to import a face which doesn't suffer from the problem. i.e. it can't fix it, only prevent it.

Well, loading the pre-Vamp save of this character and then reloading the vamp-ed one undoes the damage.
