Ok so long story short I had 5 bounty on my head. I was approached by a guard and paid it but noticed I lost all my stolen stuff.

This was yesterday and I don't remember where I was in the game.

Do my stolen goods go somewhere that I can retrieve them? I didn't go to jail so I'm not sure where the items went..

Do they just disappear? I check moonmoth legion fort and looked in evidence chest but nothing was there.

Is there a console command to find out where it went?

I pretty much lost all my soul gems and its a real freaking bummer.

Any help is appreciated.

Where were you released after you paid the gold? Wherever you were released should have your items in the chest marked evidence.

The thing is I was never jailed. I paid the 5 bounty to a guard and went on about my business then today I noticed a bunch of my stolen items are missing. So I'm not sure what happened.
