okay, so ive visited all the factions, and killed/let live Mr.House.(i ment to kill him, but i think i accidentally let him just live) and ive uplaoded the chip and the Yes Man to the system(where you can see his face o the giant monitor in Lucky 38). now, what do i do? do i tell him to ignore everyone and then choose which ones to go after, or what? i have already told him to ignore the brotherhood of steal and the boomers, who are the only 2 i want to let live. but when i talk to him it only says the ive got to leave option, and the one to ask about/ignore the tribes. i got to the ask about/ignore the tribes, and i can only select ignore them, learn something about them, or leave. theres not option to give him the OK to go ahead and start killing.

what do i do??????

is it like i have to ignore all of them and then i can manually do it my self, or is this a glitch that ill have to wait for it to be patched????

It seems like you have to ignore all of them.I did the same quest and I just ignored them because I saw no other options. Don't worry though it really makes no difference in the end.

You got it wrong. When you ignore a faction it means you don't want to ally with them. If you like them you should go do all their missions and eventually they to vow to help you. I have the Boomers as allys so far but I'm trouble with the BoS even though I joined them...
