I was wondering what the difference in patches are? I bought Fallout 3 GOY version from D2D, they have a patch listed as 1.1.0.35 (digital distribution). My game version currently is 1.7.0.3. Should I update the game using D2D's patch or is my game all up to date? Please let me know. Thanks for the help.

It seems to be up to date.

Last patch was the 1.7 patch, it just seems that d2d failed to remove the old patch.
