Hi guy's!

I got both fallout 3 and fallout : New Vegas on Steam as they were cheap, an I was wondering what are the mod sites? I know the nexus, but I'm talking about sites with categories etc.
Basically sites like http://btb2.free.fr/morrowind.html, http://www.mwmythicmods.com/telesphoros.htmand http://www.mwmythicmods.com/themes.htm and especially quest mod sites but for fallout 3.
I have searched extensively for both Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas and also searched this site but couldn't seem to find anything.

Ps. Just a quick question, I currently have FOMM in my Fallout 3 directory, which is C: Steam > steamapps > comon > falloutgoty. Is that the correct place? Also, will I have to install FOMM again in my Fallout New Vegas directory for it to work on that?
