Hello everybody. I played Morrowind for 7+ years; and one of my fondest memories is after you defeat Dagoth Gares. After you defeat him, he infects you with corprus. Then tells you to seek out Dagoth Ur.

Now my question is. Did any of you go to Red Mountain after Dagoth Gares?

As for me I did make the trek to Red Mountain. It was a long and hard journey; and I must admit I had to cheat from getting killed by the ash beasts. But in my mind, I thought it was worth it. Because I believed Dagoth Ur would cure me and let me join him. Imagine my dissapointment when I finally reached him; and basically tells me. What am I doing there, that I don't have the tools with me.

So in the end I made the journey for nothing. I couldn't join him or anything.
