He might be walking back to the Lucky 38; it takes them a WHILE to get there.

If not, load up an earlier save, open dev console, click on him to get his ref ID, copy it down, load your current save, and use dev console to teleport him to you.

Ah the Lucky 38 not Tops is where they go? I hadn't been to see Mr. House yet but just did and got the Penthouse and Presidential Suite and all that and he still hasn't shown. It's been quite a while in game time, I even slept for 24 hours to see if he would turn up and nothing.

Honestly might have to start a new character if I can't continue on with a companion.

Open the console and use this command

moveto player base_id - move NPC to player (or player.moveto base_id might work too)

Have to look the base id up in the GECK
