Dude that story is amazing, it really captures what the Order is all about. And KUDOS to the the Palpatine reference! That was by far my favorite part, Raven told the story of The Wolf Queen just like Palpatine did of his old master. Great stuff dude, great stuff!

To be honest here: It's a little bland.

I guess I have been spoiled by some of the others Fan Fiction writers, but there's just nothing in there for me. Sure, you got your Vampires talking, but it seems everyone these days wants to do a fic of their character talking to Serena. I guess it's the Sith styling of your character that also seems a little bland. Very well written, but not reaching out, nothing of any particular note in it. My feelings right now could be described as you view normal RP's: Bland and Boring. But I have a feeling lots of others will like it.

So, in my opinion: Meh.

Thank you! I appreciate it! Glad you like it.

Thank you, much gratitude for the feedback. Honestly: I was bored as well. Just thought I write something up to pass the time. There's no "true" story behind this. Just a scene with my character.

To each his own, I suppose. Not everyone are fans of vampires, especially in these forums. But many of my readers on other Elder Scrolls forums do enjoy it. I am sure your consideration of what is "not" bland is a painted god-like figure as Vivec or perhaps some Michael Kirkbridge cosmo/bacterial story-related content, or maybe even a belching Demi-god Dragonborn and I am fine with that(though I find that deathly boring). But see, I mostly write about werewolves or vampire instead of your day to day, cliche Thalmor plots that plague the forums or anything "mortal" related. But I do appreciate the feedback.

I confess, this is not much of a "story" as the others I have written with this character, which is much more political centric and delve into regular Imperial politics and such and such. But if you seem bored with vampires in general, then how could I improve a story with a vampiric-centric character?

Ahhh. That makes more sense. Very good for something written when bored. I'm awful when I write bored.

1. I do enjoy Vampires, much more so than Werewolves. I guess with the release of Dawnguard, I'm all Vampire-erd out. Mainly because of all of the Dawnguard sub-forums.

2. Now now, just because I'm you've seen me floating around the lore forum doesn't make me a Vehk-fan. I like MK's work, but mainly his work focusing on Atlmer and Imperials. Dragonborn stories are boring at this point.

And why do keep on saying MK wrote about bacteria?

3. I realize that you mainly write about about Vampires and Werewolves. Well I detest Werewolves, I do enjoy the Vampire work. I would love to see your character without having a well known character like Serena, Harkon, Vincete, Janus, or the Clan leaders of Morrowind trying to steal the spotlight. My main problem with this one was the use of Serena and Castle. It covered something that I already knew. But your character? Would love to see more of her, backstory, etc.

-Snip-

Hehe, yes. I would never start off a story with a character seen ingame. Maybe an Emperor in the Imperial City, but no direct contact. This was purely out of an interest of adding Serana in a simply scene I pictured in my head. Nothing more. No true substance in this than just word "doodles."

1. I see. We share the same sentiment on that regard.

2. It was a simple assumption, honestly. I noticed many Vhek-fans and Morrowind-lovers detest vampiric lore. I just speculated you might be one of them. My mistake. MK works is very...unique, intensely so. I love some of it, but I suppose a tumultous moment with one of the members in the lore section made me think one of MK ingame books deals with micro organisms.

3. This is what I loved to hear, because it confirms what I've been thinking initially. In my stories, main characters and NPC's are mentioned in the world, but not directly spoken to. I believe this is the first time that I submited a story with an actual ingame character. I never consider this one a "fanon" per se, mainly because I'm not as creative when it comes to writing well-established characters. Sadly, her own story is written elsewhere. And to your chagrin, I suppose, she's more of anti-hero than a hero. Her qualities are elitist and manipulative due to her upbringing, a fact you mentioned to be dull and tiresome. :P.

2. Really? Do you know what the book is called?

3. I love me a good Anti-Hero. If I could hear some more of her backstory, I would really be able to get behind this character and enjoy reading about her. So long as she isn't doing it "For the Evulz" like how some of the lesser developed Sith seem to be, she is likely to be interesting.

2. My mistake, I meant to say I thought he wrote an ingame book by what some people were saying. I guess I misread.

3. Oh yes, there will be no "I am evilz lol". Due to her she is raised in a vampiric clan and etc, her views and perspectives are different. Some of what she said in the chapter says that. She doesn't believe in "good" or "evil". She thinks morality is a fabrication of people who attempts to vilify others who hold power or are uniquely different. Of course, her mind is much more complex than "I am a vampire. You are mortal, so your food." scenario. But I appreciate the feedback. Thanks again.

Now THAT is what I call an interesting character! Much better than awful attempts at Vampires that plague this forum. Most Vampire writers try far to hard to make their characters as dark as Molag.

I am not sure. As I said, the first chapter was product of boredom rather than anything special. I doubt I would even touch Dawnguard stories, considering the only history I have about her is in her early years. Six centuries before Dawnguard. I doubt I would have her live that long.
