UV Mapping: A strange issue, need help possibly?

Ok, Now I've made plenty of models, uv mapped and textured them in my lifetime. A lot of time I use the "Cube Projection," UV wrap method, along with some other Unwrapping forms. However, I came across an issue that's never happened before. Nor was it doing this yesterday when working on my models and texturing them.

I use the program Blender.

In-fact, I have had stranger more detailed models I've UV mapped, and this issue hasn't happened.

Anyways the issue is: for Unwrapping normally, Cube projection, unwrap [smart projections], it don't matter what it is, the uv map is VERY tiny. Here is a picture of what I mean.

No matter what I do, all of the unwrapping processes come out this small. At first I thought it had to do with possible the size of what I had to unwrap or the shape of it, so when I decided to unwrap face by face, however, it still unwraps that small but with just with a single-face instead.

Just late last night had it worked fine, I was able to finish texturing a model and install it into morrowind. But randomly, now, it doesn't work.

Here are my current settings if it helps as well:

Some help would be greatly appreciated, allowing me to continue on with Creating my City of Saode, Nirdura mod.

Just scale up your uv map to match your texture. It's the same method as scaling a mesh.
