CS Crashes when i try to save a new mod : IV

I am trying to make a new mod but every time I click the save icon, and name my new mod and click save, the CS crashes!!

Any ideas?

I am using windows vista, i have tryed it with just loading the oblivione.esp and with oblivion.esp nights.est and dclshiveringisles.esp and i still can not save a new mod with out the CS crashing.
