BSA dates the same

Yesterday my lord order failed (due to a hasty install and bash patch) and I spent 7 hours working a mod reinstall. In game, I saw a cuirass texture missing. This morning I looked carefully at BSA redirection which I kind of understand but doubt myself. I am trying to learn how to mod well.

My BSAs seem to have the same modified dates of 1/1/2006 1:00:00 AM. Should I change the mod's BSA modified dates to be newer then the Bethesda's BSA modified dates?

I wonder what happened. I think maybe I must have disabled UOPs. Could they have messed up my BSA? I am using Wyre Bash.

my mod list, I know it's probably dated but this is so time consuming (and fun). I had some CTD after installing TT, but I am not sure how to proceed on that account.

Wrye Bash automatically redates your BSAs to 1/1/06. Shouldn't be an issue unless you have resources inside of BSAs which conflict with each other, which will be a problem regardless of the time stamps. Essentially the idea here was that redating the BSAs to 2006 means any loose resources will always take precedence over the BSA contents.
