I was exploring here for the bos quest and read the terminals about a weapon being held there, well I found it, but its in a container. How do you get it? I noticed a terminal on the third floor that req 100 science, is that needed to unlock it?

I'm pretty sure there's a keycard laying somewhere on the 3rd floor that'll unlock the computer.

The weapon is on the first floor, but in a section that you can't get to initially, you have to go all the way up to the 3rd and down through a couple ruined rooms. If I'm remembering right.
